I drove out early this morning specially to come to the Chinese supermarket hoping to buy a Pipa duck. The deli shop uncle had an awful attitude. When I asked if they had it, he snapped back at me, asking where I could see any Pipa duck available. He could’ve simply told me they were out of stock. There was no need to speak in such a rude way, and I’m really disappointed.

The guy in the back uses his bare hands to pull off the BBQ meat from the skewers. They use gloves at the cutting board and in front to portray cleanliness but where it matters, they cut corners. This should be a health violation and why people get food sick in the first place. Bad practices and old habits die hard.

I am writing to express my frustration with both the quality of the roasted pork I purchased today and the poor customer service I received at your store. Today around 1:45pm, I bought roasted pork from Pang’s BBQ duck, and upon inspection right after I paid, it was clear that the meat was not fresh. It had an unpleasant odor and broken meat. When I returned to address the issue, I was met with an unhelpful attitude. Despite explaining the problem, your staff insisted that the meat was fresh and argued with us rather than listening to our concerns. Additionally, they refused to accept the return, which I found both disappointing and unprofessional. It isn’t worth the amount that I paid. I have always trusted your store for quality products and service, but this experience has left me very dissatisfied. I hope that you will take this feedback seriously and work to improve both the freshness of your products and the quality of customer service.

This place is straight fire 🔥 No nonsense. You order by the pound, he asks if you want it chopped, yes or no. You get amazing bbq. Simple. It can look intimidating to some people, but I'm into that sort of thing. Feels authentic. Sometimes you have to take risks to get the best reward. Best cha siu I've had.

The bbq can be good but service is terrible . When you buy roasted pork they always put in other cuts of meat with the parts you ordered . If you look at the 1st picture they snuck in some leg meat when I ordered belly. The 2nd picture shows all belly meat which is the way it’s supposed to be. They purposely cover the cutting area so you can’t see what they’re doing. I only buy pork belly but somehow there’s always leg parts in it. They’ve been doing this for years. They think I’m stupid. My family will eat it anyways but it’s bad business practice. If you want to be in business long term please stop doing this. They are not part of Enson eventhough it’s inside the store. If you buy from them just pay attention and take notice of what they’re putting in your box. If this happened to you, I ENCOURAGE DISPUTING WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND GET YOUR MONEY BACK!!! It'll be nice if Enson actually took over the BBQ.
